Holiday Inn & Suites Virginia Beach - North Beach By Ihg, Virginia Beach

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to many stores and cafes. The air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver after long days in the heat. However, the rooms could have been cleaner, and the breakfast options were quite limited. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. On the plus side, the location was fantastic, especially for families, and the staff was generally friendly. However, the experience was marred by some frustrating service issues, particularly with the towels and overall value for money given the rate for our stay. The rooms were decent but on the pricey side for what we got.

The hotel has a great location, tucked away on the quieter north end of the beach, which I really appreciated. The room I had did have some issues, such as a moldy smell and a malfunctioning hairdryer. I was also disappointed with the service since I didn't get the type of room I specifically booked. However, the restaurant nearby offered great food at good prices, which was a nice perk.
